Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

This notice describes how SitePrep may collect, use, and disclose consumer health data that you provide through documents, manual entries, planning settings, or saved workspaces.

It supplements our Privacy Policy and is intended for review before launch under applicable U.S. consumer-health-data and privacy frameworks. Questions or requests: hello@siteprep.app.

Categories of consumer health data

  • Uploaded explanation of benefits documents, plan summaries, screenshots, scans, and similar materials that may reveal procedures, diagnoses, providers, benefit status, or care timing.
  • Manual planning inputs about deductible progress, out-of-pocket spending, expected claim amounts, therapy frequency, service categories, network status, and household care scheduling.
  • Forecast outputs, assumptions checklists, reminders, and other workspace data that may imply treatment timing or benefit use.

Sources of data

  • Directly from you when you upload files, type data into the planner, create an account, or contact support.
  • From billing and account context where necessary to provide subscription or workspace features.
  • From automated extraction, OCR, or rules-engine processing applied to the information you provide.

Purposes of processing

  • Provide document extraction, assumptions review, forecasting, reminders, and account-backed planning features.
  • Maintain your workspace, troubleshoot issues, secure the service, and respond to support or rights requests.
  • Operate billing, account administration, and product-improvement workflows that are compatible with this notice and our Privacy Policy.

Sharing

  • We may share consumer health data with service providers acting on behalf of Lima Labs LLC, such as hosting, authentication, billing, analytics, or support vendors, when needed to provide the service.
  • We may disclose data for legal compliance, security, or corporate transaction purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell consumer health data for money.

Consent and withdrawal

  • You provide data directly when you upload or enter it. Sensitive-processing disclosures should be reviewed before using saved workspace features.
  • Optional analytics or functional cookies remain off until you opt in where required.
  • You may withdraw from optional processing and request deletion of stored workspace data by contacting support, subject to legal and operational limits.

Deletion, export, and rights requests

  • Email hello@siteprep.app to request access, deletion, correction, or export of your data. We aim to respond to verified privacy and support requests within 30 days.
  • We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
  • If we cannot fully comply, we will explain why and describe any available next steps or appeals where required by law.

Retention and storage

  • Local preview-mode data can remain in your browser until cleared.
  • If you continue into saved workspace features, data may be stored to provide account functionality, reminders, and cross-session access.
  • Specific retention schedules for consumer health data must be finalized before launch.
