Eligibility

• The service is intended for adults who can form a binding agreement.
• If you use the service for household planning, you are responsible for having authority to upload or manage the information you provide.

Service description and limits

• SitePrep provides planning estimates, document review tools, assumptions checklists, and workflow aids for deductible timing and related care-cost planning.
• Features may change, be unavailable, or be limited by account tier, preview mode, geography, or technical constraints.

No professional advice

• The service is not medical advice.
• The service is not financial, insurance, tax, legal, or clinical advice.
• You are responsible for verifying plan terms, provider availability, clinical needs, pricing, prior authorization requirements, coverage details, and every material assumption before acting on any estimate or recommendation.

Your account and acceptable use

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, unlawful content, malicious files, or content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
• Do not misuse the service, interfere with others' access, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service to build competing datasets or models where prohibited by law or contract.

Subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds

• Paid plans may renew automatically on the billing cadence shown at purchase until canceled.
• You can cancel from the billing area or other method we provide. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.
• No refunds except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

Intellectual property

• SitePrep and related software, content, branding, and design are owned by Lima Labs LLC or its licensors.
• You retain rights in content you submit, but you grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and operate the service for you.

Disclaimers

• The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee that forecasts, OCR, extraction, reminders, or recommendations are complete, accurate, or suitable for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you did not pay us.

Indemnity

Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or others, or if continued service is no longer commercially or legally practical.
• You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion subject to legal and operational requirements.
